Refund Policy

Exchange

1. We offer size exchanges on most of our products.

2. Products that are eligible for exchange should be returned within 5 days of receiving the product.

3. All exchange requests need to be approved first over an email (vivalavidaindia@gmail.com). Any couriers sent to our office without prior approval will not be accepted for return and will be available to be picked up by the customer.

4. While the shipping of the exchanged product is free, cost for shipping the product to our warehouse will be borne by the customer

5. Products exchanged once will not be eligible for an exchange again.

6. Products on sale will not be eligible for exchange.

7. Customised products will not be eligible for exchanges or returns

REFUND

We have a no refund policy. A refund is offered only in the case of the product being damaged. We would need a video proof of opening of the package. In order to initiate a refund, you need to send us clear pictures and a video of the damaged products/product and tampered package within 5 days of delivery at with the following information: -

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective product along with clear images or video of the item

  • You have to self-ship the product to us
